We are highlighting our 2021-2023 Board Chair, Bill Buckley. We are thankful for his leadership and contributions to The Foundation during his term. We sat down with Bill for Q&A for our annual report during hist first year as Chairman to share more about why he is involved with The Foundation.
The Foundation board is exciting. The board members are active and involved, and it is clear that each member cares about Madison County and all the communities we serve. The board is a diverse group, but one thing we have in common is the joy we have in helping others.
The Foundation strives to help as many individuals as it can through meeting the needs of the community, and it can be challenging. In addition to having a dedicated board, the staff of The Foundation are committed to this mission as well. I enjoy working with its professional staff who are driven to succeed.
Some of my favorite memories are seeing other board members leave feeling they have made an impact on the community and supported The Foundation is one way or another. There is tremendous satisfaction in being a part of The Foundation's growth and helping the community at the same time.
