The Need

To build a $10 million, 20,000 square foot space that is a home away from home for end of life care. With your generous support, we can fill the critical need by creating a very special non-profit Hospice Home for Jackson and our West Tennessee community.

The Visionary Society

The Visionary Society recognizes community minded individuals who make a one time gift or multi- year pledge of $10,000- $49,000.

In recognition of your support you will receive:
  • An exclusive invitation to recognition events
  • Your name included on donor listings in The Foundation newsletters and on the website
  • Your name listed in recognition area in Hospice Home
  • Special invitation to hospital events and programs

The Enterprise Society

The Enterprise Society is composed of businesses, corporations, clubs and organizations that make a one-time gift or a multi-year pledge of $3,000 or more.

In recognition of your support you will receive:
  • An invitation to recognition events
  • Your company name included on business donor listings in The Foundation newsletters and on the website
  • Your company listed in recognition area of the Hospice Home
  • Special invitations to hospital events and programs

The Cornerstone Club

The Cornerstone Club recognizes those who contribute annually from $250-$9,000.

In recognition of your support you will receive:
  • A recognition item indicating your level of support
  • Invitation to annual donor recognition event
  • Your name included on donor listings in The Foundation newsletter and on the website
  • Special invitations to hospital events and programs

Legacy Society

The Legacy Society recognizes those donors that have made a decision to make an estate gift to The Foundation.

Some examples of Legacy gifts Include:
  • Bequests
  • Outright gift of cash, securities or personal property
  • Life Insurance
  • Bequest of retirement assets
  • Gift of IRA distributions, real estate or retained life estate
  • Charitable remainder trust/ annuity trust
  • Charitable gift annuity/ lead trust
